CLGTC Recreational Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics classes that include Tots 'n' Training, Kindergym, boys and girls beginner through advanced gymnastics, and Cheer & Tumble classes from beginner to advanced levels. The program also includes USAG Men and Women Competitive Team programs, Open Gym, and events and parties. Tots 'n' Training is a parent-and-tot gymnastics program for ages 18 months to 3 years that focuses on positive interaction, motor and gymnastics skills, socialization, and familiarity with the gym, meeting once per week for 45 minutes. Kindergym is for ages 3–5 without a parent, meets once per week for 45 minutes, and focuses on equipment familiarization, continued motor and gymnastics skill development, and socialization. Crystal Lake Gymnastics Training Center includes a Pro Shop that carries leotards, apparel, grips, tape, and other supplies, and assists with registration for classes and events, as well as birthday party bookings. Specific staff credentials include early childhood education and science degrees, a Bachelor’s in nutrition with ongoing graduate study in HR, T.O.P.S. rating, and competitive experience such as twice earning All-American honors on Still Rings and membership on a 3rd Place Division II National Team at the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
