CLGTC Recreational Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics classes that include Tots'n'Training, Kindergym, boys and girls beginner through advanced classes, and Cheer & Tumble levels from beginner to advanced. The program also offers USAG Men and Women Competitive Team programs, Open Gym, private events, events and parties, and information related to NCAA Gymnastics (College). A Pro Shop on site carries leotards, apparel, grips, tape, and other supplies and assists with registration for classes and events, birthday party bookings, and gift certificates.

The CLGTC leadership team includes owners Sam Redmond, who is a Men Team and Recreational Gymnastics Coach, and Alexis “Lexi” Redmond, who is a Team and Recreational Gymnastics Coach. The leadership team also includes Assistant Manager and Women’s Team and Rec Coach Alyssa Rich, CLGTC Manager and Team and Recreational Gymnastics Coach Elizabeth “Lizzie” Berg, and Office Manager Linda Ryan. Staff credentials listed include multiple USAG Professional Members, NAWGJ judges at Level 8 and National levels, SafeSport Trained staff (U110), and completion of U100: Fundamentals of Gymnastics Instruction and U101: Safety & Risk Management, with some staff holding degrees in Early Childhood Education and science.
