Tri-Star Gymnastics offers Parent-Tot, Young Mini-Stars, Mini-Stars, Beginner/Advanced Beginner, Girls Fast Track 1, Girls Fast Track 2, Girls All-Stars 1, Girls All-Stars 2, Pre-Team, Beginner Tumbling & Trampoline, Intermediate Tumbling & Trampoline, and Advanced Tumbling & Trampoline. Classes include gymnastics apparatus and movement patterns, tumbling skills used in gymnastics and trampoline, and competitive-style gymnastics training in Pre-Team.
Programs
- Parent-Tot — Ages 2 to 3 ½ · Co-ed. 45 min class. Introduces very young gymnasts to gymnastics apparatus and movement patterns with adult supervision.
- Young Mini-Stars — Ages 3 ½ to 4 ½ · Co-ed. 45 min class. Toddlers take class without an adult caregiver.
- Mini-Stars — Ages 4 ½ to 6 · Co-ed. 60 min class for pre-school and kindergarten students.
- Beginner/Advanced Beginner — Ages 6 to 9 · Co-ed. 60 min class for 1st, 2nd and 3rd graders.
- Girls Fast Track 1 — Ages 6 ½ to 9 · Girls only. 90 min class. Entry level of Girls Fast Track. By tryout, teacher recommendation and/or consent of instructor.
- Girls Fast Track 2 — Ages 6 ½ to 9 · Girls only. 90 min class. Second level of Girls Fast Track. By tryout, teacher recommendation and/or consent of instructor.
- Girls All-Stars 1 — Ages 9 and up · Girls only. 90 min class. Entry level gymnastics for girls in 4th grade and up.
- Girls All-Stars 2 — Ages 9 and up · Girls only. 90 min class. Second level of Girls All-Stars. By tryout, teacher recommendation and/or consent of instructor.
- Pre-Team — Ages 6 and up · Girls only. 120 min class twice weekly. Advanced level class and introduction to competitive-style gymnastics training. By tryout, teacher recommendation and/or consent of instructor.
- Beginner Tumbling & Trampoline — Ages 7 and up · Co-ed. 60 min class. Emphasis on tumbling skills used in gymnastics, tumbling, and trampoline.
- Intermediate Tumbling & Trampoline — Ages 7 and up · Co-ed. 60 min class. Emphasis on intermediate-level tumbling skills used in gymnastics, tumbling, and trampoline. Must be able to do basic tumbling skills unassisted.
- Advanced Tumbling & Trampoline — Ages 7 and up · Co-ed. 90 min class.

- General schedule: The school year recreational class schedule runs Monday, August 25th, 2025 through Saturday, May 29th, 2026. The summer recreation class schedule is a 9 week session from Monday, June 15th thru August 15th 2025.
About the provider
Tri-Star Gymnastics has offered instruction in gymnastics, tumbling, and trampoline to children and families since 1987. It was founded by Coaches Kris Wright, Willie Washington, and Lynn Allen, and later joined by Margie Gilchrist. The program says its philosophy is that gymnastics can be fun for everyone and that the learning process is important.
