About
Summer Day Camps offers outdoor adventures, exciting games, water games, swimming, sports, and individual and team sports. Campers take part in crafts, arts and crafts, creative arts and crafts, music, drama, story time, nature activities, group games, group activities, and special in-house field trips and entertainment. Some camps include field trips, cool treats, and healthy kids’ activities such as yoga, dance, and aerobics, along with weekly theme weeks like Barnyard Bash, Camp Hollywood, Out of This World Week, Holiday Hoopla, Shark Week, Sports Week, Kitchen Chemistry, Heroes vs. Villains, and Camp Camporee.
• Ages: 5–12 years old
• Schedule: Camps run in one-week sessions, with regular day camp hours from 9:00am–3:00pm and optional before care from 7:30am–9:00am and after care from 3:00pm–5:00pm, with 2025 weekly sessions from June 8 through August 7.
• Price: There is a non-refundable $75 registration fee per child, with weekly camp fees generally ranging from $200–$273 per week (reduced for the 4th of July week), separate weekly fees for before and after care, and a 10% discount for additional children in the same household in specified camps.
Camps are based on the grade a child will be entering in the fall, including Camp Mighty Munchkins (Grades K–1), Camp Trailblazers (Grades 2–3), Camp Discovery Crew (Grades 4–5), and Camp Adventure (Grades 6–7). All campers receive a t-shirt, which for some camps is to be worn on field trip days. Before and/or after care is available at camp locations with separate registration, and camps are structured in one-week sessions.
Adventure Camp is designed for youth to grow, increase self-confidence, self-esteem, take risks, broaden their horizons and discover new strengths, while developing values, respect and forming new friendships. The BASE and Camp Supervisor is Andrew Vogrin.
Families are asked to send a lunch, snack, and a labeled reusable water bottle each day, with some camps also requesting morning and afternoon snacks, tennis shoes, and sunscreen. A parent or guardian must provide a credit or debit card at registration so the remaining balance for each camp week can be auto-debited on the Monday two weeks before that week. Refund requests made more than two weeks before a camp week incur a $50 cancellation charge, requests made within two weeks of the start of the week are non-refundable and charged in full, and there are no prorates or refunds for missed days.
