Libertyville Gymnastics Academy Programs offers Preschool Classes, Ninja Zone, Recreational Classes, Cheer Tumble Classes, and Open Gym. Ninja Zone is a discipline inspired course that uses Obstacle Course Training, Gymnastics, Parkour, and Martial Arts. LGA follows the guidelines of the USAG gymnastics level 1–4 for both boys and girls, and the program includes USASF (US All Star Federation for Cheer & Dance Teams) Levels 1–4 Tumbling & Safety Rules & Regulations.
• Schedule: Open Gym is offered during the school year from mid-August through May. Office hours are Monday–Thursday 9:30AM–7PM, Friday 9:30AM–12PM and 4PM–6PM, and Saturday 8AM–12PM.
The program is based upon a variety of skills, musical activities, and rhythm to enhance children’s overall development. The coaching staff are described as highly professional. The program follows USASF Levels 1–4 Tumbling & Safety Rules & Regulations.
