Soccer Skills Factory Camp

Soccer Skills Factory Camp includes drills, games, and competitive play over 5 days of training. Campers take part in technical, physical, and tactical activities, along with work on psychological aspects of the game. Every participant also completes a motoric and morphological test and receives training from the Soccer Skills Factory coaching staff.

The camp is open to players outside of the club and current FC 1974 players. The program is geared toward Player Development and High-Performance campers, with Player Development for campers ages 11 and under of all skill levels and High Performance for campers ages 12 and up. Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience, and players are evaluated for grouping according to their level. Day campers receive lunch, two Soccer Skills Factory Camps T-shirts, a diploma on the last day, a motoric and morphological test result on the last day, and an official Soccer Skills Factory certificate. Strict hygiene and health protocols are in place, and there are experienced monitors for every 15 participants, along with a low camper to coach ratio. U16 and older players who participate in the training camp have the opportunity to be selected for Europe trip opportunities. All campers must bring soccer cleats, shin guards, athletic shoes, and a water bottle.

Soccer Skills Factory Camp is led by UEFA coaches directly from Serbia, Europe, and the USA, including Igor Jankovic (UEFA Grow Mentor, formerly Head of Development at the Serbian Football Association for 8 years, founder of The Serbian Youth Soccer League, holder of the UEFA A license and an Executive Masters degree in Sports Management), Srgjan Smileski (DOC FC 1974 U13–U19 Boys and Girls, 15 years in youth soccer, former DOC at Raiders FC for 6 years where the club won multiple US Youth National Titles, DOC at FC 1974, holder of a National B Licence, National Youth Licence, and NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma), and Aleksandar Milenovic (UEFA Futsal Coordinator, former professional player in Serbia and internationally, manager of a soccer academy in Serbia, personal coach for some of the nation’s most talented players, scout for the South-East Balkan region, holder of the UEFA B Futsal license). Experienced monitors are assigned for every 15 participants, and an athletic trainer is on-site. The leadership team includes Igor Jankovic, Srgjan Smileski, and Aleksandar Milenovic. The organization states a mission of providing and promoting a positive soccer experience for every participant appropriate to their level of interest and ability since 1974.
