Gym-Kinetics Gymnastics Programs offers gymnastics and tumbling, including recreational classes for girls and boys and competitive gymnastics. The program also offers open gym times and hosts parties. Gym-Kinetics has over 26,000 square feet packed with state of the art equipment.

Gym-Kinetics was established in October 1985 and is celebrating over 30 years in business. The program services Mokena, Tinley Park, Orland Park, Orland Hills, Frankfort and the surrounding areas. Gym-Kinetics teaches over 1,000 students per week and provides gymnastics and tumbling programs for students of all ages and abilities. It has been the #1 choice for gymnastics instruction in the south suburbs for 40 years and was voted 2021 #1 Gymnastics Facility in the Southwest Suburbs.
Gym-Kinetics has proudly built one of the most successful competitive gymnastics teams in the country and has produced hundreds of champions at the state, regional and national level, along with qualifiers to international competitions. Over 20 Gym-Kinetics athletes have received college athletic scholarships, and athletes have qualified to international competitions in England, Canada, France, Sweden, China and El Salvador. The facility is described as having a clean and friendly atmosphere, and exclusive text message alerts are available by texting LL693 to 36000.
The leadership team includes owners Jim Fredrickson and Wendy Fredrickson, with Coach Jim serving as Owner and Optional Coach. Staff includes Coach Brad, who coaches Stars and Levels 3–7; Coach Joseph, who coaches Xcel and Levels 6–10 and currently coaches pre-team through Level 10; Coach Sam F., who coaches TOPs and Levels Pre-Team–Level 9, started coaching gymnastics in 2011 as a pre-team and Level 3 coach, and in 2014 helped set up the first Gym-Kinetics TOPs team; and Coach Victor, who coaches TOPs and Levels Pre-Team–Level 9.
For Open Gym, all participants must come with a waiver signed by their parent or legal guardian, and only cash is accepted. For Open Gym, there will be no adults or non participants allowed in the gym at any time, and the lobby will be open. Office hours listed include Monday–Wednesday 8:30am–6:00pm, Thursday 3:30pm–6:00pm, Saturday 9:00am–12:00pm, and Friday closed on one page, and Monday–Thursday 8:30am–7:00pm, Friday closed, and Saturday 9:00am–12:00pm on another page.
