Acceleration Sports Performance offers speed training, agility training, and explosive sports performance training. The program also includes athletic assessment as part of its training approach.

Since 2007, Acceleration Sports Performance has been the nation's leader in speed, agility, and explosive training. Acceleration Sports Performance is the nation's premiere training facility for speed, agility, and explosive sports performance training. Its programs use science backed, research backed, results driven protocols, with over 30 levels of results backed protocols and specialized equipment. Acceleration's trainers have a combined 50 years of sports training experience, with backgrounds that include former professional athletes, former Division 1 strength coaches, and trainers with a Masters Degree in Exercise Science. Acceleration has been featured on over 10 major media outlets including ESPN, CBS, and FOX, and over 650 Acceleration athletes have gone on to receive Division 1 scholarships, totaling over 1 billion dollars in scholarships.
