Fox Valley Judo & Aikido - MATS

Fox Valley Judo & Aikido - MATS offers Judo classes for children and adults and Aikido classes for children and adults. The dojo offers classes in the Japanese martial arts of Judo and Aikido for both children and adults.

• Ages: 6–18 years old
• Schedule: Kids and adult Judo and Aikido classes are offered on weekdays and weekends, with options in the late afternoon and evening on Monday–Thursday and multiple class times on Saturday and Sunday.
• Price: $130 per month for Kids Judo. $130/month for access to all kid’s Aikido classes. $130/month for access to all adult Aikido classes. $130/month for access to all adult Judo classes.

The dojo has a rich history that dates back over 30 years. The program states that martial arts are much more than just physical training and describes them as a way of life, promoting self-discipline, respect, and personal growth.
