Kensington School of Naperville offers project-based learning for young children, including beginning, sensory, and collaborative project-based learning. Kensington School was founded in 1969 by Barbara Marlas and The Marlas Family and has more than fifty years of history as a pioneer in early childhood education. Kensington School is named after the address of its first location on Kensington Avenue in LaGrange, Illinois, where the original building, built in 1894, served as the town’s first schoolhouse, and the unique interior architecture of that first school has inspired construction of subsequent Kensington School buildings. Kensington School is a nationally recognized leader in early education, is nationally recognized for excellence, and includes NAEYC accredited schools. Kensington School of Naperville serves families in Naperville, Warrenville, Woodridge, Lisle, Bolingbrook, Romeoville, Plainfield, Aurora, and surrounding areas.
