About
American Eagle Productions Theatre Classes and Summer Camps offers performing arts classes where kids learn about the theatre, create cohesive scripts, develop characters, and take part in drama games, improv, music, and movement. The Musical Theatre Camp featuring Hamilton focuses on exploring the music and themes from the Broadway hit Hamilton, and campers construct their own script and present their original work in a performance to share with family and friends. The program also offers weekly classes, after-school programming, in-school residencies and assemblies, and live musical and theatrical productions that teach elements of acting, singing, and dance.

American Eagle Productions offers theatre classes for ages 4–13, after school enrichment classes in partnership with Naperville Park District, and summer camps. Its live musical and theatrical productions bring to life literature, history, and geography, and its performing arts classes culminate in an original performance for families and friends. The programming builds confidence, fosters empathy, encourages collaboration, and provides a safe space for children to express themselves. American Eagle Productions is celebrating 30 years of workshops and assembly programming and has brought the performing arts to over 300 schools and groups a year in the Chicagoland area for the past 30 years. Behind American Eagle Productions’ performing arts programming are two veterans of the Chicago theatre scene, LINDA MADONIA and JESSICA TEXIDOR, who have worked together for more than 20 years, bringing productions to theatres and schools and producing Dream Big Performing Arts' Production Camp for more than three years. American Eagle Productions states that its mission is to bridge the gap between theatre and the classroom.
