Campers are separated based on skill abilities and school grade, and groups may be combined based on weekly enrollment. The White Group includes Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade beginner/non-competitive campers, and the Blue Group includes 1st grade competitive and 2nd–4th grade non-competitive campers; Junior Coaches assist with both groups. The Red Group includes 2nd–4th grade competitive campers and 5th grade beginners, and the Gold Group includes 5th grade competitive campers and 6th–8th grade campers. Each camper receives one camp t-shirt with initial registration, with additional shirts available for purchase, and a snack is provided in both the morning and afternoon sessions. All full-day campers must bring a peanut- and tree nut–free lunch (including no Nutella), and no electronics are permitted at camp.
Brightwheel portals are available for all campers, and a parent or guardian must check campers in and out each day through Brightwheel. Parents or guardians may add approved pick-ups in the camper’s Brightwheel portal, and a Health & Agreement form is required for all campers. Extended care is available for families who need earlier drop-off or later pick-up, and registration for extended care must be completed two weeks in advance because walk-ins are not accepted. The program states that a late registration fee applies to campers registered within two weeks of the camp start date. The mission statement for the camp notes that the Summer Fun and Soccer Camps are packed with games, sports, creative activities, and team challenges, and that the camps are described as safe, energetic, and full of excitement. The program serves Chicago’s western suburbs, including Naperville, Woodridge, Wheaton, Warrenville, Lisle, Aurora, North Aurora, Romeoville, Plainfield, Montgomery, and West Chicago, Illinois.
