Sing with Emily

Sing with Emily offers private lessons, group classes, early childhood classes, birthday parties, camps, a Vocal Boot Camp, and a Mini Singers class. In these classes, children sing, move creatively, play instruments, improvise, use props, dance, and take part in musical story time. Mini Singers is a 60-minute introduction to voice lessons through fun and games, and early childhood classes are offered in partnership with Tiny Tunemakers and led by Mrs. Courtney.

All teachers at Sing with Emily are experienced musicians and working professionals who specialize in building curriculum that best suits their individual students. Teachers are experienced working with students of all ages, skill levels, and various learning needs, and include musicians, actors, artists, performers, and more. The program states that it cultivates a safe space for young performers to grow, learn, and create, and that it provides unique performance opportunities. Sing with Emily describes itself as a voice and music studio for all students who are passionate about the arts and states that it is committed to a welcoming and inclusive environment for all students regardless of age, race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, ability, socio-economic status, or any other aspect of identity. The program states that it strives to create a safe and respectful space where every individual can learn, grow, and share their love of music, and that it is dedicated to making the school a place where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.
