About
Summer Pickleball Camps for Kids focuses on pickleball skills and game play through Summer Pickleball Camp sessions, Youth Camps, and a Teen Summer Academy. Campers take part in hand-eye coordination drills through races, relays, obstacle courses, team activities, balance games, music-based movement, and interactive drills. They practice serving, forehand, backhand, dinking, volleying, scoring, and strategy games such as King/Queen of the Court, Target Practice, group challenges, and controlled match play, with snack time and short breaks included.
• Ages: 5–15 years old
• Schedule: 1–3 day camps with options for single-day sessions or a 3-day block, including Youth Camp (5–7yrs) and Youth Camp (8–11yrs) on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9:00am–12:00pm, and Teen Summer Academy (12–15 yrs) on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 3:00pm–5:00pm
• Price: $55 per day per child, with a $15 savings when registering for a full 3 Day Block
Summer Pickleball Camps for Kids takes place at Sure Shot Pickleball, which offers a 1:8 instructor-to-camper ratio plus a camp helper, themed activities and fun game play each week, and welcomes all skill levels with equipment provided. Sure Shot Pickleball uses the CourtReserve system for programs, payments, communications, and reservations, and also offers Intro to Pickleball classes, private coaching, pickleball classes and clinics, Open-Play, weekly leagues, DUPR Events, small group clinics, pickleball tournaments, pickleball leagues, social events, team building outings, charitable competitions, private events, birthday parties, graduations, anniversaries, holiday parties, family reunions, company parties, fundraising, networking events, custom/private tournaments, and social groups. Equipment for the camps is provided, and on-site rental paddles and equipment, demo paddles, and brand new balls for purchase are available.
