Illinois Baseball Academy offers baseball spring training, including a program called In the L.A.B. - Spring Training, along with lessons, camps, and clinics. The program also offers private lessons, memberships, and birthday parties for players who want more focused or specialized baseball activities.

Illinois Baseball Academy has been training coaches and players throughout Chicagoland since 2005. IBA coaches are developed and directed by Trey Frahler, a former college baseball coach and President of Illinois Baseball Academy, and the staff is composed of high-school and college coaches. The program uses a community-based model where the game of baseball is used to shape lives, cement friendships, and provide individuals with memories to last a lifetime, with a stated focus on the holistic development of youth and a holistic approach to player development. Illinois Baseball Academy has been a trusted partner of local baseball organizations from the very beginning and states that it believes in giving back while looking forward.
