Art Studio 928 Youth Art Programs

Art Studio 928 Youth Art Programs offers Creation Stations, which are drop-in art classes with guided experiences and no experience needed. It also offers Signature Kids Paint Party S928, where up to 10 guests ages 10 to 13 can choose one art activity such as painting, mask-making, or crafts, with studio time, all art supplies included, and party host or instructor guidance. The program also offers Private Acrylic Painting Sessions and a Cricut 2-Day Intensive for ages 13 and up.

• Creation Stations — 13 and up · Monday through Saturday; 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm · Drop-in art classes in Oak Park. Guided experiences; beginner-friendly; no experience needed.
• Signature Kids Paint Party S928 — Ages 10 to 13 · Starting package: up to 10 guests ages 10 to 13; choice of 1 art activity (painting, mask-making, crafts, etc.); studio time; all art supplies included; party host/instructor guidance.
• Private Acrylic Painting Sessions — 13 and up · Ongoing · Beginner-friendly, one-on-one acrylic painting instruction.
• Cricut 2-Day Intensive — 13 and up · By appointment; schedule an appointment 48 hours in advance · Hands-on and one-on-one Cricut instruction.

About the provider

Dothegood.art, the 501(c)(3) nonprofit arm of Studio 928, makes youth art education programs in Oak Park accessible to all. Creative initiatives support youth art programs and community connections, and the program includes art classes and workshops for children, teens, and adults, community art events and exhibitions, collaborative art projects, youth-focused art therapy and creative expression workshops, and partnerships with local schools and organizations to expand access to art education.

Guests 10-person minimum. Can accommodate up to 70 seated. Duration: 60 minutes to 2 hours. Availability noted as Monday through Saturday unless otherwise noted. For Signature Kids Paint Party: up to 10 guests, additional guests $30 per person, extra time $100 per additional hour.
