Az Acres Summer Horse Riding Camp

Az Acres Summer Horse Riding Camp includes a daily group riding lesson and horsemanship skills. Activities and lessons are based on each rider's skill, and campers also spend time with alpacas. Camps are for beginner to experienced riders, with group sizes that are described as safe and in control.

• Schedule: Week-long morning sessions in 2026 from 8:30am–12:30pm
• Price: Price: $375. First payment ($100) due at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable to another camp, lessons or leasing. Remainder of the balance is due one week before the first day of your session.

Az Acres is home to a small herd of alpacas and one very opinionated llama. The facility does not board outside horses, so the stated focus is on students and the lesson program. It is a private facility that does not accommodate drop-ins and is open during lesson or camp hours by appointment only. The camp’s mission statement says it aims to provide kids a hands-on experience where every day they learn new skills and gain more confidence around horses.
