Charlotte J. Warren, Ph.D., has served as president of Lincoln Land Community College since 2006. Under this leadership, LLCC’s Academy of Lifelong Learning functions as a self-governing learning community sponsored by LLCC, offering more than one dozen programs each month, most offered for free with a paid membership, and welcoming citizens age 50 or greater as members. LLCC has enhanced community partnerships and expanded workforce development training programs, including WEI and PATH, and the president meets regularly with legislative, business and community leaders to determine how the college can best serve its district through workforce development, college transfer and community education programs.
