About
EdVenture Camp is a summer day camp where campers take part in activities such as beach games, ocean-themed crafts, and classic camp activities with a seaside twist. Depending on the session theme, campers may decode ancient maps, battle rival ships, explore outdoors, create crafts, run science experiments, play sports like soccer and basketball, and try obstacle courses and relay races. Some sessions also include basic cooking skills, food and craft activities, movie-themed projects, movie trivia challenges, and a DIY popcorn bar.

• Schedule: Seven camp sessions offered in 2026 between June 1 and July 16, with multi-day sessions on specific dates
• Price: $75.00–$100.00 per session
EdVenture Camp is a summer day camp serving families with students entering Pre-K through 6th grade. The 2026 EdVenture Camp is full and enrollment is closed. The Early Learning and Out of School Programs department of Monroe County Community School Corporation manages EdVenture Camp and other programs. Guidance for determining if a child is “camp ready” includes entering Pre-K (age 4 by 8/1/26) through 6th grade, being able to participate independently or with reasonable accommodation, interact and be comfortable in a group environment, participate in a physically and emotionally safe manner, and take instruction and direction from camp staff. Session themes for 2026 are Beach Party, On the High Sea, The Wonderful World of Bugs, Summer Sports Spectacular, It’s a Food A-‘Fair’, Great Weather We’re Having, and See You at the Drive-In!. Office hours for the managing department are 8:00–4:30 during the school year Monday through Friday, and 8:00–4:30 during the summer Monday through Thursday.
