National Karate offers Children's Karate Classes, the Youth Karate Program, and the Teen Program. The children’s and youth classes include a required training uniform, and a karate uniform is received once a student is enrolled. The programs note that students compete on regional, national, and world circuits, and they mention leadership, teamwork, character-building, bully-prevention, self-defense education, and safety seminars.

Book a 2-Week Trial. The 2-week trial is a one-time offer for new students only. Uniform purchase required. Recommended attendance is two classes per week for children and youth; teens are often recommended two to three classes per week. Parents are welcome to observe classes.
