Windfall Dancers School of Dance offers the Yellow Brick Road Summer Dance Camp, where participants learn jazz styles and dances from the Wizard of Oz. During the camp, kids also design simple sets and design t-shirts as part of the activities.
• Ages: 6–9 years old
• Schedule: July 14–16th, 2–4pm
• Price: $90/dancer
The Yellow Brick Road Summer Dance Camp is led by Mary Sue Hosey. Windfall Dancers states that its mission is to ignite a passion for dance in the community by providing quality instruction, engaging performances and innovative community outreach in a nurturing environment for creative expression. Members of the Windfall Dance Company receive free access to classes, space usage, and an opportunity to create choreography and perform with a collaborative group of individuals. Members also participate in various outreach programs throughout the Bloomington area as part of this mission.
