Rising Star Gymnastics

Rising Star Gymnastics offers preschool, recreational gymnastics, competitive teams, powerlifting, birthday parties, boys gymnastics, total tumble, and adult gymnastics. Its recreational gymnastics program includes Twinklers, Shining Stars, Superstars, Gymstarz, Boys Gymnastics, Total Tumble, and Adult Gymnastics. Twinklers is a class with a parent or caretaker, and children in that class play games, bounce on the trampoline, and make new friends.

• Preschool — Building confidence in the classroom and in the gym through learning, play, and movement.
• Recreational Gymnastics — All ages · Fun gymnastics and skill development for all ages. Includes Twinklers, Shining Stars, Superstars, Gymstarz, Boys Gymnastics, Total Tumble, and Adult Gymnastics.
• Competitive Teams — Professional training and competition opportunities for dedicated gymnasts.
• Powerlifting — Strength training for all fitness levels.
• Birthday Parties — Big fun, big laughs, and the best birthday ever.
• Twinklers — Up to age 3 · Class with a parent or caretaker; babies beginning to walk and toddlers develop motor skills, play games, bounce on the trampoline, and make new friends.
• Shining Stars — Ages 3-4 · Fun, strength, flexibility, and balance development for children ages 3 to 4.
• Superstars — Ages 5-6 · Expand skills across all four gymnastics events: vault, bars, beam, and floor.
• Gymstarz — Ages 7 and up · Continue building skills on all four gymnastics events: vault, bars, beam, and floor.
• Boys Gymnastics — Learning men’s gymnastics events, including rings, high bar, parallel bars, pommel horse, vault, and tumbling.
• Total Tumble — Tumbling class focused on drills, expert-level spotting, and conditioning.
• Adult Gymnastics — Ages 18 and up · Gymnastics for adults in a welcoming, positive, and safe environment.

About the provider

Rising Star Gymnastics is led by Michael, Erin, and Bianca Booher. The program says it began in 1998 with practices for kids in the park. It is a registered member of the National Gymnastics Association (NGA).
