Weekday Preschool & Kindergarten

Weekday Preschool & Kindergarten includes daily activities such as prayer time, pledges to the flags, Bible stories, songs, memory verses, and chapel time with guest speakers. Children take part in introduction of the letter, number, and shape of the week, as well as calendar time, weather, show n tell, and star of the week. Classroom time also includes reading and writing skills, drawing, painting, cutting, gluing, creating, constructing with craft materials, snack time, daily outdoor and gym play, dramatic play, building, art explorations, social interaction, classroom parties for holidays and special days, a Thanksgiving Feast, Pajama Day, Super Bowl Day, Dr. Seuss Week, field trips away from the school, and visits from guests such as a policeman, a dental hygienist, and Kasey – fire safety dogs.

• Schedule: Weekday Preschool runs Monday–Friday from 9:00am–12:00pm, with Lunch Bunch offered Monday–Thursday from 12:00pm–1:00pm; the kindergarten class meets Monday–Friday from 9:00am–1:00pm, with Lunch Bunch offered Monday–Thursday from 12:00pm–1:00pm from January 5–May 7.
• Price: There is a $100 deposit/activity fee for Infant/Toddler and a $125 deposit/activity fee for preschool/kindergarten; Lunch Bunch is $6 per day; 2026–2027 Infant and Toddler monthly tuition ranges from $105–$420 for 9 months depending on number of days, 2026–2027 Young Two's through Kindergarten monthly tuition ranges from $159–$396 for 9 months depending on number of days, kindergarten 5-day tuition is $500 per month for 10 months, and kindergarten fees include a $125 registration fee and a $150 curriculum fee.

Weekday Preschool & Kindergarten is a Christian-based program with a mission statement that it is committed to helping children grow spiritually, academically, and socially, and that it embraces each child where they are developmentally and uses daily activities and experiences as teaching moments. All classrooms are led by qualified teachers who love the Lord and have a heart for children, and all teachers are certified in CPR and First Aid. Teacher to student ratios range from 1:4 to 1:8 depending on the age of the class, and families are welcome to join once-a-month chapel time with guest speakers. The program includes nursery classes for babies/crawlers and toddlers with specified birthdate ranges, as well as classes for Two Year Olds, Young 3’s, Regular Preschool, Kindergarten Readiness, and Kindergarten with specified age and potty-training requirements, and it offers an online monthly payment option. The kindergarten class meets all the standards for the state of Indiana. The leadership team includes Marie Robertson, Executive Director; Kelly Pitner, Bloomington Nursery/Toddler Coordinator; and Karla Holck, Bedford Director. Children provide their own lunch and water bottle for Lunch Bunch.
