U.S. Softball Academy Summer Training Program

U.S. Softball Academy Summer Training Program includes instruction in hitting, pitching, fielding, and defense, along with situational softball games and competition drills. The program also features a Wiffle Ball World Series as part of its activities. Camp will run four days and will feature instruction during the morning, focusing on hitting and defense, with the afternoon session focused on situational softball games, competition drills, and a Wiffle Ball World Series.

Ben Skinner will direct the summer softball camp in conjunction with U.S. Softball Academy. Softball training is available for players ages 7–14, with age-specific sessions and instruction tailored for each ability level. The program includes a low player-coach ratio, with players learning from some of the area’s top high school and college coaches and other coaches from the local area. U.S. Softball Academy is the nation’s largest network of softball camps, hosting in more than 100 cities across the country. The mission of U.S. Softball Academy is to provide young players with a unique opportunity to take their game to the next level, with camps run with an emphasis on teaching proper fundamentals and techniques. The summer program focuses on development in hitting, pitching, and fielding in a fun-filled environment, and each camp offers 90-minute sessions each week covering pitching, hitting, catching, fielding, and base running. USSA summer camp is designed to develop skills in all facets of the game, and the Summer Training Program concept includes a chance to take a break from the season while taking part in these activities. All participants receive a t-shirt and camp certificate, and prizes are given for winners.
