Bilingual Bridges was founded in 2017 and says it has delivered over 75,000 online classes to students worldwide and served 6,000+ students. Kelly Minks is the founder, and the administration team listed includes Ingelyn Rose, Ibeth Muñoz, Eleazar Rodriguez, Maria Sara Arias, Delfina Braconi, Jessica Martinez, Sophie Minieri, Paula Herrera, and Bárbara Paz. The site says the program has 85+ certified bilingual tutors, that 100% of tutors hold a bachelor’s degree and teaching certification, and that over 75% have also earned a master’s degree.

Families can book classes on their schedule. The pricing page says cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours notice to receive a refund of the class credit; cancellations with less notice incur the full class fee. Bilingual Bridges offers private tutoring in 30-minute, 45-minute, or 60-minute classes depending on the package. The Arkansas Literacy Tutoring Grant process starts through the school and state, not directly through Bilingual Bridges.
