Northside Soccer League offers Rec League and Rec Plus soccer programs. The program also holds a Family Picnic that includes a bounce house, face painting, and hot dogs, with free admission for families. Co-ed teams are available for U6, U8, and U10 players, and every player on every team receives even playing time.

Northside Soccer League was first organized in 1982. The organization is volunteer run, with the board, coaches, concessions, and events organized by volunteers. The mission of Northside Soccer is devoted to offering players and families a positive playing experience. Rec League teams have one practice per week and one game per week within the league, while Rec Plus offers a more competitive environment with two practices per week and weekend games against local clubs. Teams are formed to be as evenly balanced as possible each year, and the program has an open registration policy that welcomes all youth to register and play. Coaches follow a Positive Coaching requirement, and the programs are designed to instill good sportsmanship and focus on player development of soccer skills and knowledge.
