The Rec Room Gymnastics offers recreational gymnastics and tumbling for girls and boys, including tumbling instruction and work on the balance beam, uneven bars, vaulting, and trampoline. Classes are available for a range of gymnastic abilities, from 45-minute preschool classes to 90-minute advanced classes. Class sizes are limited, and students are evaluated every session on their progress, with “The Bell” rung and clapping from the group when a child does something well.

• Schedule: Classes are offered in 8 week sessions, meeting once a week with a variety of levels per day.
The Rec Room Gymnastics was established in 1999 and is celebrating 25 years. The program’s main emphasis is to develop and maintain healthy, strong children through the sport of gymnastics by providing a fun, safe, non-competitive, and caring environment where children can feel confident about themselves and what they can achieve. A summer camp schedule is also available, and The Rec Room was created with families in mind.
