Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Indianapolis offers Gracie Bullyproof® for children ages 3 to 12. The program also offers Gracie Combatives® for adults, Women Empowered™ for women of all ages and abilities, Master Cycle® for students who have achieved the rank of Gracie Combatives® belt or higher, and Private Lessons for children or adult students with physical or mental limitations and other students needing individualized care. Classes are offered throughout the week, including Gi and No-Gi sessions, and private lessons can be scheduled at your convenience.

About the provider

James Fryer is the owner and head instructor, and he has been practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for over a decade. The school opened in October 2023. It is a certified training center, an accredited training center, and a Certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Training Center. The school says it is rooted in self-defense and aims to keep the community safe through self-defense training and martial arts, with safety as the number one priority.
