Amherst Aquatics offers infant and youth lessons, adult lessons, masters swimming, competitive community swimming through the Amherst United Swim Team, adaptive swim, lap swim, open swim, and local swim meets. The program uses a 5-step curriculum for children and includes options to enroll or drop in for masters swimming, with midday sessions available. Workouts and instruction in the water are provided by experienced instructors and coaches.
