Little Sprouts Andover offers fun and creative learning activities that include climbing, jumping, crawling, dancing, sensory play, process art, open-ended discovery, outdoor learning, and music and arts. Children take part in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) activities, as well as a weekly Music & Movement program that uses song, instruments, sign language, and movement in every classroom.

Programs at Little Sprouts Andover are tailored to infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarteners, with an infant program that enrolls children starting at 6 weeks old. Infant classrooms typically enroll up to seven children each, toddler classrooms welcome up to nine children per room, preschool classrooms are licensed for 19–20 children, pre-K classrooms enroll up to 20 children, and the kindergarten classroom serves older 4- and 5-year-olds with a capacity of 20, with all classrooms following Massachusetts state–mandated teacher-to-child ratios. Health Safety Security Coordinator Juanita Herrera is Director I certified and has over 19 years of early childhood education experience across infant, toddler, preschool, and pre-K classrooms. Assistant Director Jackie Deveau holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from SNHU and has six years of experience teaching preschool and toddlers.
Little Sprouts Andover follows the Sustainable Education® curriculum with a focus on core skills in literacy, math, social-emotional development, and creativity, and the curriculum includes Anti-Bias Early Education and an inclusive and diverse curriculum promoting equity.
