Horizon Day Camp-Baltimore offers Summer Day Camp for children ages 3 1/2 to 16, including children with cancer and their siblings. It also offers Horizon Fun-days during the school year, with sports, crafts, special shows, and programs. The program also includes Horizon on Wheels in participating hospitals and SunriseVX, a virtual summer experience for children with cancer and their siblings.

Horizon Day Camp-Baltimore started in 2016. Since 2015, Horizon Day Camp has brought joy to over 5,000 children battling cancer and their siblings across Maryland. It is a proud member of the Sunrise Association, whose mission is to bring back the joys of childhood to children with cancer and their siblings worldwide.
- Summer Day Camp — 3 1/2 to 16 · Open Monday through Friday, approximately 9:30am-3:45pm; extended hours available from around 7:30am to as late as 6:30pm; 7 weeks · Full-summer day camp for children with cancer and their siblings. Special accommodations can easily be made depending on when a child is able to attend.
- Year-Round Fun — During the school year; Horizon Fun-days · Special activity days for campers, including sports, crafts, special shows and programs. Free transportation is available if needed. Offered at no charge.
- In-hospital activities — Horizon on Wheels brings the magic and fun of camp into participating hospitals.
- Virtual Camp — SunriseVX is a fun and interactive virtual summer experience for children with cancer and their siblings.
Enrollment is open. The program is free of charge. The staff-to-camper ratio often exceeds 1:4. Special arrangements can be made for children requiring more extensive supervision. Siblings can attend.
