LiFEsports offers a range of sports and education activities that include basketball, dance, football, health and fitness, running, soccer, baseball/softball, volleyball, frisbee, and tentatively pickleball. During the 2024 LiFEsports camp, all youth in the program take part in these specified sports. All participants receive daily grab-and-go breakfast and lunch, a LiFEsports T-shirt, camp awards, and sports clinics throughout the 2024–2025 school year, with dates to be announced.

The program’s mission is preparing youth for life and leadership through sport development programming. All sports and education activities are led by quality youth development professionals. The LiFEsports program is nationally recognized as a premier model for sport-based positive youth development (PYD). Its outreach includes providing quality sport-based positive youth development programming. Reported outcomes from the program include a 63% increase in interpersonal skills such as self-control, effort, teamwork, and social responsibility (S.E.T.S), and 92% of participants report using S.E.T.S. at home, school, or within their community.
