About the provider
Howard County Recreation & Parks says, "At Howard County Recreation & Parks, we encourage residents to get up, get out, and get active." Only individuals who are registered may participate. Where age or grade restrictions apply, age usually refers to the age of the participant at the start of the program and grade to current grade. A parent or legal guardian must accompany a child each day for check-in and pick-up, staff is not responsible for a child before or after scheduled activities, and children must remain with the program for the full period scheduled. No refunds are issued for time missed. Summer Camps have a different refund policy and can be found in the current year brochure.
