Lutherville-Timonium Recreation Council Youth Programs offers a wide range of activities, including team sports camps, summer camps, indoor and outdoor programs, and an Early Childhood Center with Cooperative Tots Pre-school and Early Bird Gyms. Youth can take part in activities such as baseball, basketball (including Girls' Sunday Shoot-around and Basketball Summer Camp), soccer, flag football, girls flag football, girls softball, volleyball, lacrosse, rugby, football, dodgeball, handball, kickball, field hockey, martial arts, fencing, tennis, pickleball, and Lutherville Lappers. The programs also include Robotics & Technology, Drama Club and RMS Drama Club, Dance, Snow Club, Chesapeake Concert Band, a Multi-Language Program, and community activities such as Wreaths Across America and the Baltimore Area Soaring Society.

The Lutherville-Timonium Recreation Office and the Department of Recreation and Parks state that they provide innovative recreational experiences and social enrichment opportunities in various safe and attractive parks and sites. The organization notes that it has been providing recreational activities for youth and adults since 1949 and offers fall, winter, spring, and summer registration. Leadership roles are identified for many specific activities, including youth baseball, youth basketball, Girls Sunday Shootaround Basketball, BASS, various camps (team sports, soccer, dodgeball/handball/kickball, robotics and technology), Cooperative Tots Pre-school, Dance, RMS Drama Club, Early Bird Gyms, youth fencing, Ridgely field hockey and lacrosse, women’s lacrosse, youth lacrosse, martial arts, the Multi-Language Program, pickleball, Ridgely Activity Center, youth rugby, Snow Club, adult and youth soccer (including Over 40 Drop-In and Ridgely boys’ and girls’ soccer), girls softball, men’s/coed slow pitch softball, Ridgely girls softball, T’ai Chi, ladies tennis league, youth tennis, girls volleyball, Wreaths Across America, and yoga. The council also notes that it supports the LTRC community with tax-deductible donations and references a “Reimagining Recreation and Parks Implementation Road Map, Recreation & Nature Council.”
