Ocean City Recreation & Parks Summer Camps

Ocean City Recreation & Parks Summer Camps offers a wide range of activities, including soccer, baseball, softball, basketball, co-rec basketball, football, golf, field hockey, lacrosse for girls and boys, tennis, track and field, volleyball, pickleball, and skateboard camps. The program also includes Art Adventure Camp, Art Camp, Drawing, Painting, Pottery, Sculpting, Jewelry making, Mixed media, Crafty Creations Camp, Lego Camp, Science Camp, Drama Camp, Dance Camp, Cheerleading Camp, Cooking Camp, Carpentry Camp, Estuary Explorers Camp, Fishing Camp, Kayak Camp, Paddleboard (SUP) Camp, Surfing Camp, Jr Beach Patrol Camp, Jr. Firefighter Camp, Girls Boogie Board Camp, Dynamic Performance Soccer Training Camp, Back-To-School Camp, Say-Cation Camp, and general Day Camps.

The Ocean City Recreation and Parks Programs staff is made up of professionals specializing in the fields of Recreation and Parks, Sports Management and Physical Education. Soccer camp is under the direction of Bobby McAvan, former coach and player for the Baltimore Blast. Art Adventure Camp is sponsored by the Art League of Ocean City and offers a daily variety of art activities including drawing, painting, pottery, sculpting, jewelry making, mixed media and more. Ocean City’s famous Ocean Bowl Skate Camp is held at the Ocean Bowl Skate Park. Staff are required to undergo drug testing and background checks to ensure the highest level of safety for participants. The mission of Ocean City Recreation and Parks is to provide quality recreational, cultural and social opportunities, as well as safe, clean, enjoyable parks, beaches and facilities to enhance the quality of life for Ocean City residents and visitors.
