Kids Adventures has been making memories since 1997 and was founded by Brian Rindos. The program was founded by a longtime educator and program director who dedicated more than 30 years to serving children and families in Montgomery County and is a graduate of the University of Maryland. The team includes dedicated teachers, college graduates, college and high school students, and seasoned childcare professionals. Kids Adventures notes that Brian believed childcare should be more than supervision and continues to honor his legacy with programs that are described as thoughtful and engaging and based on the belief that children thrive when they are deeply known, supported, and inspired. The Kids Adventures Preschool Program states that it is committed to providing every child with a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment, incorporates activities that reinforce language and math skills, and offers a variety of age-appropriate experiences to prepare children for a transition to Kindergarten. Kids Adventures also states that its team is committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment, focusing on promoting individual growth, fostering creativity, and encouraging meaningful connections. The founder directed both school-year and summer programs across Montgomery County, served on the Montgomery County Interagency Coordinating Board Committee for Excellence in Child Care, and supported several pediatric and adolescent health initiatives.
