North Star Camp

North Star Camp offers activities such as horseback riding, tubing, climbing on a climbing wall, swimming, boating, wakeboarding, archery, climbing, and crafts. The program also includes Camp Abilities, which features adapted horseback riding, swimming, tubing, and more for all abilities.

For over 60 years, North Star Camp has been welcoming young people. Its mission states that it is a place where adventure meets faith, with 150 acres of forest and two miles of shoreline, where campers engage in activities, build friendships, and grow closer to God in a Christ-centered environment. North Star Camp is accredited by the American Camp Association. The leadership team includes Office Manager Jair Sosa. One staff testimonial from Jair Sosa describes working at North Star Camp as more than a job, calling it a family and a mission, and mentions campfires, lake days, laughter, helping campers grow in confidence, leading them to Jesus, and seeing them deepen their faith while serving His kingdom. Off-season rentals at North Star Camp are described as “A beautiful escape.”
