Bright Horizons Early Education & Preschool offers age-appropriate programs for preschool and Kindergarten Prep that run year-round. In the preschool program at Bright Horizons, daily experiences focus on the comprehensive, optimum development of each child’s mind, body, social self, and character. The curriculum is described as designed by experts, facilitated by educators, and created with working parents in mind. Curriculum elements such as Caring Matters and Toward a Better World address social skills, self-expression, conflict resolution, and cooperative work. Age-specific programs are offered for Infants, Toddlers & Twos, Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, Elementary Schools Before & After-School, Summer Camps, and Montessori Schools.
All Bright Horizons Minneapolis staff are trained regularly in CPR/First Aid and Universal Precautions. Bright Horizons conducts a comprehensive background check on all prospective employees and frequent visitors, including a county criminal record check for the past seven years in all counties a person has lived, worked, or attended school, a sex offender search, an OFAC search, and a social security verification trace.
