Minneapolis Gymnastics was started by Jess, Andy, Nicole, and Jonah. The program’s mission is to serve the people of its community by providing quality and accessible gymnastics instruction that is designed intentionally for the holistic growth of each individual. Curriculums are written to promote holistic growth by teaching physical elements of the sport and focusing on mental, social, and emotional health. The program has highly trained and experienced instructors teaching this specially designed curriculum. It strives to invest in its city by investing in its kids and includes students with unique needs and disabilities, serving students of all emotional, behavioral, and physical capabilities. The program emphasizes students and families enjoying their experience, having fun, building community, burning off energy, and aims to provide fun in a safe, worry free environment. Its objective is to provide wholistic development through the sport of gymnastics and to increase accessibility by being in the city, keeping the cost of classes affordable, and having students train fewer hours per week to keep families together for more time.
