About the provider

Roseville Youth Basketball Association serves the communities of Roseville, Lauderdale, Falcon Heights, Shoreview, and Maplewood in Minnesota. It is a non-profit, entirely volunteer-run organization. Its mission is to provide an opportunity for boys and girls in the Roseville community to play basketball in a positive environment with an emphasis on skill development, sportsmanship, and teamwork.

Travel basketball is more time-intensive than In-House basketball. Not all players trying out will make a travel basketball team. If a player does not make a travel team, RYBA will reach out about registering for the In-House program. Volunteer shift requirement applies; board members, head coaches, and assistant coaches are not required to complete additional volunteer shifts. Only coaches who volunteer at the beginning of the season and complete a background check are exempt from fulfilling the volunteer shift requirement.
