Northern Light Art Studio Workshops & Courses offers a range of pottery and painting activities, including Intro to Watercolors and Intro to Hand Building: Little Friends. The program also includes several wheel-throwing options such as an Intro to Wheel-Throwing Workshop, Pottery 101, Pottery 102, Pottery 201, and a Private Session: Intro To Wheel-Throwing, as well as a Luster Sculpture: 2 Day Course. At Northern Light Art Studio, community is described as central to its mission. The studio is a member-only space with a Gallery and Boutique and a well-equipped community studio. It hosts community events and offers a membership program that gives potters, ceramic artists, and visual artists in the Minneapolis area unlimited studio time, personalized instruction, invitations to members-only events, and chances to sell their art at holiday markets and in the Gallery and Boutique.
