Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities offers programs built around three main strategies: Academic Success, Healthy Lifestyles, and Life & Workforce. The Academic Success strategy includes career exploration, educational enhancement, and augmented learning in literacy, finance, arts, and technology. The Healthy Lifestyles strategy includes education about fitness, nutrition, smart decisions, positive conflict resolution techniques, positive behaviors, personal goal setting, and building resistance skills. The Life & Workforce strategy includes character, leadership, and service learning opportunities, along with planning and decision-making activities connected to the Club and the community.
The organization lists a leadership team that includes Senior Program Directors, Program Directors, Branch Directors, and Senior Branch Directors: Shanae Hill, Hakeem Smith, Kelsey McNabb, Tony Arnold, John Bryant, Mark Graves, Johnl Jones, TJ Valtierra, Laura Petschauer, Melina Pha, Max Thao, Andrew Jones, Isabel LaBonte-Clark, Rebeca Meyen, Selena Hiland, Christian Hampton, Nick Flowers, and Maddie Stoll. Programs encourage youth to support and influence their Club and community. The organization includes a Voyageur Boys & Girls Club and Environmental Center, as well as school-based Clubs that are open only to students at Camden High School, Olson Middle School, and Richfield Middle School.
