About
Saint Paul Public Schools Community Education Gymnastics offers gymnastics classes, Pre-Team Gymnastics, and Team Gymnastics. Gymnastics programs are described as safe, supportive, engaging and fun, and children in gymnastics classes gain flexibility, leadership, strength and coordination. Pre-Team and Team Gymnastics are designed to prepare interested gymnasts to compete at the high school level, and youth and families interested in team gymnastics must first start in gymnastics classes and receive coach approval to join teams.
• Schedule: Registration for classes beginning in January of 2026 and February/March of 2026 will open at 9:00am on Thursday, December 4, 2025.
There is a waiver attached to registration that must be agreed to digitally when registering for gymnastics classes, and the online registration system will only show classes and class schedules during registration periods. Community Education seeks to improve quality of life by providing lifelong learning opportunities for all members of the community, and classes and activities are accessible to all learners and held in public school buildings during the days, nights and weekends. Community Education in the State of Minnesota began in 1969 with the passing of the “Lighted Schoolhouse Legislation,” and, thanks to partnerships with businesses, area chambers of commerce, community-based organizations, nonprofits and involved citizens, Community Education in Minnesota serves over 3,000,000 participants yearly. Hubbs Center, a Community Education program, was voted Minnesota's Best Adult Learning by Star Tribune readers.
