Newark School of the Arts – Dance Program is part of the Newark School of the Arts, which has been changing lives through the arts since 1968. The program is offered within a school that also includes an Early Childhood Music & Movement Program coordinated by Pablo Concha.

Newark School of the Arts has over 55 years of excellence in arts education. The school has a joint partnership with Sharron Miller’s Academy for the Performing Arts through Community Partners in Arts & Well Being via ArtsRX. Most events and performances connected to the school are free and open to the public. The Interim Executive Director of Newark School of the Arts is Sharon Salvador.
