HealthBarn USA offers hands-on, fun and educational programs year-round in person and remote for children to learn about where their food comes from and why it is best for their bodies. Specific activities include Summer Camp, Holiday Camps, Scout and Community Field Trips, School Assemblies, School Field Trips, School Workshops, After School Enrichment, Culinary Gatherings, Chef Table Workshops, Nutrition Workshops, and the option to host a birthday party at HealthBarn USA. Children and adults learn how to grow their own fruits and vegetables, make choices at the supermarket or in a restaurant, prepare and cook what they grow, and add fun to everyday meals and snacks.

HealthBarn USA is led by Stacey Antine, MS, RDN, who is the founder of HealthBarn USA, author of Appetite for Life: The Thumbs-Up, No-Yucks Guide to Getting Your Kid to be a Great Eater, and Director of HealthBarn Foundation. HealthBarn Nutrition Academy enables HealthBarn USA to spread its Thumbs-Up, No-Yucks programming. The mission of the HealthBarn Foundation is to gift children and families nutritious food through access and in conjunction with nutrition education for their health and happiness. The Foundation currently funds three initiatives with public support: Healing Meals, Garden-to-Table Scholarships, and School Nutrition. HealthBarn Foundation's Healing Meals is a nutritious food gifting program for families with ill children and for seniors in need. Appetite for Life is described as a fun, practical, and proven guide to raising healthy eaters by Stacey Antine, MS, RDN.
