About the provider

Liverpool Art Center was established in 2002. Sandra Sabene is the Founder and Executive Director, Daniel Sabene is described as the backbone of studio operations, Pam Mead teaches youth art classes, camps, and Dooley Artz, and Nicole Bowker LCSW offers support and teaches a youth art program.

  • Creative Self Care workshops and retreats — One day workshops are generally 3-5 hours long; weekend retreats also offered.

Teen classes are for ages 13+; tween classes are for ages 8-12 and require the ability to work independently for more than 90 minutes. The tween page says students must be at least 8 years old and parents/guardians must remain in the building during the first class. Youth programs are described as supportive and low-pressure.
