Flips Gymnastics & Sports offers Preschool Playtime, Open Gym, and access to a ninja course. Preschool Playtime and Open Gym take place in the same facility, and the ninja course is available for use during Open Gym sessions. Socks are mandatory in order to participate in activities.
• Ages: 6–18 years old
• Schedule: Preschool Playtime on Wednesdays and Open Gym on Saturdays
• Price: Preschool Playtime: $10 per child. Open Gym: Ages 6–18 years, $24 per person, with a special discount for cash payments.
Preschool Playtime runs every Wednesday from 9:00–10:00am and 12:30–1:30pm. Open Gym runs every Saturday from 5:00–7:00pm, and the ninja course is available for use during this time. Flips Gymnastics & Sports offers five different programs that are founded on gymnastics and fitness, with online registration, printable registration forms, and online payment available, as well as a Parent Handbook for 2025–26. The program states that it believes children learn by playing and that it offers a wide variety of activities that will help to educate children while they experience an enjoyable time and take part in fitness activities.
