Manlius YMCA Youth Programs include activities such as tennis, Child Watch, and yoga. Tennis is offered on three indoor courts and three outdoor seasonal courts, with a variety of recreational and instructional options for different ages and levels of play. Child Watch gives children space to play, learn, and grow while parents take time for their personal wellness, and yoga is offered as a tool for improving health and well-being, including flexibility, strength, balance, and stress reduction.
