Master McDowell's World Class Tae Kwon Do offers Taekwondo classes that include children classes, teen and adult classes, and family classes. The program also offers birthday parties, an after school program, and fitness and self defense training. New students can participate in a trial program new member special and a special limited time new members deal that includes 1 Week of FREE Classes and a First Month for $49 when joining regular membership, with no obligation to continue after the trial is completed.

The leadership team also includes Master Instructor Master Petraroja; Senior Instructors Mr. Cooper, Ms. Lau, Mr. Evans, and Mr. Jenner; Junior Instructors Ms. Dotger, Ms. Shirley, and Mr. Dwyer; Leadership Team member Mr. Russo; and Administrative Assistant Ms. Patty.
In 2008, Master McDowell left Buffalo to help open a school in West Chester, PA. In 2012, Victoria and Christopher became Master Instructors when they tested for 4th Degree Black Belt, and in 2013 they welcomed the birth of their boys Cooper and Logan. In 2021, they opened Master McDowell’s World Class Tae Kwon Do in Manlius, NY. The program states that, through its approach, it contributes to a safe and peaceful community.
