Little Pals Preschool offers activities such as touring classrooms, graduation rehearsal and picnic for 4-year-old classes, a Moving Up Ceremony for Miss Melissa's morning class, and graduation events for Miss Lauren's, Miss Jessica's, and Miss Frida's classes. Little Pals Preschool & Daycare describes its facility as clean, bright, and secured with a new surveillance and entry system, and notes that it has a beautiful, well equipped, fenced-in playground. The program offers care for infants through 5 years of age, including UPK and before and after school programs for elementary children from Pine Tree and Sapphire, as well as day care services before and after preschool programs and after school care for kindergartners and first graders.

Little Pals Preschool states that it is a Christian Preschool and a New York State licensed Day Care, registered with the New York State Education Department and described as a New York State Certified Day Care facility. The curriculum has been expanded to meet NYS Core Standards and includes the Handwriting Without Tears program and the NYS Eat Well, Play Hard nutritional program, with a language-based curriculum supported by learning centers throughout each classroom. The Director and Head Teachers are CPR and First Aid certified, and the program lists experienced, certified staff and notes that it meets New York State safety, health, and educational requirements.

The leadership team includes Director Angela Nardo, MS-CCC-SLP and Orange County Speech Provider; Assistant Director Melissa Graziano, who teaches the three-year-old class; Assistant Director Jessica Nardo, who teaches the four-year-old classes; and Office Manager Yissell Monahan. Speech therapy and evaluations are available on the premises through Orange County Speech Provider.

Little Pals Preschool states that its philosophy is that early childhood should be a time of fun, warmth, security, exploration, and discovery, and that preschool children are creative and receptive. The stated objective is to provide an atmosphere that encourages social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth and the development of the child as a whole, with goals that include providing a loving, nurturing, and engaging environment, meeting children’s physical, social, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual development needs, enhancing a sense of self-worth and a positive feeling toward learning, developing communication and learning skills, and developing social skills through play and interaction with adults and peers.
