Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester Youth Programs include Early Childhood Education, Fun Club: K-7, Teens Program, Youth of the Year 2024 and 2025, and Summer Adventure Club. The program also offers an Aquatics Program with Swim Lessons, Lifeguard Training & Certification, Marlins Masters Swimming, Adult Lap Swim, and the Marlins Swim Team.

The Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester was established in 1939. Its mission is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need the Club most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. The organization serves local youth from more than 40 Northern Westchester communities and is a non-profit organization. It runs programs in five core areas: Character and Leadership Development; Education and Career Development; Health and Life Skills; Arts and Social Recreation; and Sports, Fitness and Recreation.

The Club reports serving local youth ages 6 months to 18 years, with an average daily attendance of 857. It reports that 75,000 children have learned to be water safe and that 140,000 healthy snacks and meals are provided annually. The organization reports 16 years of 100% college matriculation. Staff continually strive to create a sense of belonging for every Club kid.

Additional leadership and staff roles include Alexandra Freer-Hernandez, Director of Operations; Eric Mitchell, Director of Aquatics; Mike Travers, Head Swim Team Coach; Dennis Munson, LEGEND; Bob Rishel, Assistant Aquatics Director; John Tunas, Donor Impact Officer; Shantae Artis, Director of Marketing and Communications; Freddie the Club Dog, Commander of Cuteness; Pablo Malaver, Family Advocate and Community Engagement; Christopher Beaudreault, Site Director; Dr. Alana Pudalov, Director of Wellness; Bryant Srour, Mental Health Clinician; Connor White, Head Age Group Coach; Daniel Beaudreault, Facilities Manager; Anny Rodriguez, Office Assistant and Accounts Payable Clerk; Karanja Elliot, Director of Digital Arts Programming and Marketing; and Rebecca Maisel, Aquatics Program Administrator and BGNW Marlins Billing Coordinator.

The Club reports that Marlins Swim Coaches have been named Metro Swimming Coaches of the Year and that the BGCNW Marlins Swim Team has won a National Championship.
