Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester Youth Programs include Early Childhood Education, Fun Club: K-7, Teens Program, Youth of the Year, Summer Adventure Club, and Digital Arts Programming. The program also offers a wide range of aquatics options, including an Aquatics Program, Swim Lessons, Lifeguard Training & Certification, Marlins Masters Swimming, Adult Lap Swim, and the Marlins Swim Team. Additional activities and events include the Youth of the Year Program, Holiday Sharing Program, Teen Boutique, Trunk or Treat, Golf Tournament, Spring Gala, Latino Heritage Celebration, and the Annual Clubsgiving Feast, and the Club features a Wellness Center and Freddie the Club Dog, Commander of Cuteness.

The Boys & Girls Club of Northern Westchester was established in 1939. Its mission is to inspire and enable all young people, especially those who need the Club most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring citizens. The Club serves local youth from more than 40 Northern Westchester communities.
The organization reports 16 years of 100% college matriculation, 934 average daily attendance, and 78,000 children who have learned to be water safe. It also reports providing 140,000 healthy snacks and meals annually, 100% of kids graduating high school on time, 97% of kids on grade level, 33% of kids supporting their communities, and 57% who believe the Boys & Girls Club saved their life. The Club includes a Wellness Center that provides a space for children to explore their feelings.

Steve Alvarado, Jr.; Vice President Marilyn Erazo; Secretary George D’Ambrosio; multiple Directors; Chief Executive Officer Alyzza C. Ozer, Esq.; Director of Operations Alexandra Freer-Hernandez; Director of Aquatics Eric Mitchell; Head Swim Team Coach Mike Travers; Assistant Aquatics Director Bob Rishel; Director of Wellness Dr. Alana Pudalov; Mental Health Clinician Bryant Srour; Director of Digital Arts Programming and Marketing Karanja Elliot; and Aquatics Program Administrator / BGNW Marlins Billing Coordinator Rebecca Maisel. The Marlins Swim Coaches have been named Metro Swimming Coaches of the Year, and the BGCNW Marlins Swim Team has won a National Championship.
Parent and member testimonials describe experiences with summer camp, the Marlins Swim Team, the Youth of the Year Program, the Wellness Center, and long-term involvement with the Club. One parent notes that their daughter valued being around kids her age at summer camp, and another parent describes the Wellness Center as a space where their child feels welcomed and cared for by Ms. Alana and her team.
